From there, we refine the brief, identifying innovative ways to maximize the potential of the site or existing structure, ensuring a design that is both functional and inspiring.

Our design process begins with concept development, integrating the site’s unique characteristics with your vision. We create a series of concept designs, carefully considering both client requirements and external factors, presented as 2D plans and 3D visualizations for a comprehensive understanding.

Following the presentation, we refine the designs based on your feedback, distilling them into a final concept that aligns with your aspirations. Once finalised, we transition to the Planning stage, involving consultants as needed for a seamless progression.

With extensive experience in planning applications, we manage the submission process efficiently, minimizing hassle for you. We carefully prepare all necessary documentation to maximize approval chances and keep you informed at every stage. From key design decisions to submission updates, we ensure clear communication and steady progress.

With the overall design established, we focus on refining the technical details that bring it to life. This stage involves coordinating structural elements, building envelope, services, fire safety, and thermal performance.

To ensure compliance and precision, we collaborate with expert consultants as needed. Depending on your project’s complexity, this may include Structural Engineers, Building Regulations Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Party Wall Surveyors, and Fire Engineers. Their expertise ensures a design that is not only visually compelling but also structurally sound, efficient, and fully compliant.

Once the design is finalised, we prepare a comprehensive package of drawings and documents, issuing them to a carefully selected group of independent contractors for pricing. To ensure clarity and alignment, we meet with each contractor on-site, allowing them to fully understand the scope of work and expectations.

After receiving and assessing quotations, we assist in selecting the right contractor. From there, we begin preparations for the construction phase, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution.

This stage is where your vision takes shape. We focus on refining every detail, finalising a comprehensive drawing set and a full specification of materials and fittings. A well-developed documentation package ensures greater control over costs and timelines.

During construction, we conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure the project aligns with contract specifications. Site meetings provide opportunities to resolve contractor queries and keep you informed. While your presence is not required at every meeting, we encourage participation—offering you the chance to witness your vision come to life.
