Project Description:
A transformative project featuring a rear and side extension to maximise space and natural light. Beautiful red brick and traditional architecture define the semi-detached property. The design thoughtfully addresses the tricky site access and north-facing garden, ensuring ample natural light floods into the home through vaulted ceilings and strategically placed roof lights. The new extensions aim to enhance both the practicality and visual appeal of the home while maintaining its traditional charm.
Vaulted ceilings with skylights enhance the sense of openness, while a substantial garden drop is integrated into the design with tiered patios and flower beds. Full-height glazing seamlessly merges interior and exterior spaces, allowing for a fluid relationship between the home and garden. Carefully curated materials, including red brick and white render, maintain a timeless aesthetic while creating a striking contrast that accentuates the architectural details.
The refined material palette, along with thoughtful spatial planning, creates a sophisticated yet functional environment that enhances the home's overall character. The integration of smart storage solutions and well-defined living areas ensures that the space is not only visually pleasing but also highly practical for everyday living. Through a careful balance of tradition and modernity, the remodel transforms the home into a welcoming and stylish retreat.
