Project Description:
This luxury ‘upside-down’ home redesign modernizes the exterior while reconfiguring the internal flow. A key design focus was creating kerb appeal through a minimal and contemporary external aesthetic. An additional floor accommodates a secluded principal bedroom suite, while the lower ground floor is transformed into an open-plan living area with a dedicated utility, dining, and cinema room. The centralized staircase redesign acts as a unifying architectural feature, improving spatial flow to optimize functionality and comfort.
The home’s transformation extends beyond aesthetics, prioritizing spatial efficiency and lifestyle enhancement. The reimagined floor plan ensures that communal areas feel expansive yet intimate, fostering both connectivity and privacy. High-end luxury design elements, bespoke joinery, and carefully curated lighting enhance the ambiance. Meanwhile, contemporary cladding and new fenestrations contribute to a refined and sophisticated architectural statement. Thoughtful integration of hidden storage and premium materials ensures that the design remains sleek and clutter-free.
The material selection reflects a commitment to timeless elegance, featuring natural stone, timber accents, and refined metal finishes. The exterior improvements not only enhance the visual appeal but also provide a cohesive architectural identity that complements the surrounding context. With an emphasis on high-quality craftsmanship and modern detailing, the residence is set to become a standout example of luxury living tailored to contemporary family needs.
